Terms of Use for Graphic Images

It is sad that we must have terms for the use of our images, yet...thus is Life.  Below are the conditions set for the use of RD Designs images.  Use of our graphics implies your agreement with our terms.

1.    Graphics are for personal web pages only, at family safe sites.  My graphics are not to be used on sites promoting hate or prejudice.  If you are a commercial site, please contact me for commercial use terms. 

2.    Graphics are to be saved to your own hard drive.  Precautions will be taken by this site to protect our bandwidth.

3.  Please link back to this site (http://www.rb-designs.net) for web sets and adoptions.  Please don't claim my creations as your own.

4.  TUBES:  Tubes may be used without a link back, however if you feature my tube in an image you create, it would be nice if you'd share that you got it from me.  Additionally, my tubes are not to be presented in any collection for download or sale.

5.    Images are not to be changed, morphed, distorted or otherwise amended without my written permission.  Please ask if you need something a little different.  It's likely we can work something out!

6.  These terms may change without notice if we find our images being misused.
